Cloud Shower Curtain as a Backdrop
Wanted to have prettier pictures and stumbled across a shower curtain with clouds on it in Target (of big chain fame).
Then the engine in
my head started to turn and my wife could smell smoke... I was having another idea.
This picture taken from a distance - table is 6ft long. Curtain was soaked in hot water to help get the folds out of it -
it could use a little more. The material is light but not flimsy. The brightness of the "sky" is also due to the window
behind the curtain but I thought it made for a very nice effect. From this angle there is a lot of light reflection and shine
but remember that most pictures will be taken in a downward angle. Also am thinking of hitting it with a matte finish
acrylic spray but haven't done so yet. I put three woodscrews into the floor joist above and use binder clips to hang it.
Probably the furthest I will be taken pictures from - folds are visible better here and there is a little light reflection.
Half of my pictures will be from here - looks okay I think. A little light reflection along the top. Easy to fix or touch up.
This is where the other portion of my pictures will be from - background is fuzzy anyway and folds nearly invisible.
